Overview
At Lightcast, I had the opportunity to contribute to a company that’s been at the forefront of economic data for over two decades. Their mission to drive economic prosperity through insights aligned perfectly with my design skills, where I worked to create compelling visuals that connected audiences with the data that matters most.
My role involved designing for a range of marketing channels including digital ads, social media, web landing pages, and customer journey campaigns. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, applying Lightcast’s visual identity and incorporating their “Glow” design element to create a consistent, energetic visual language that resonated with their mission.
Not only did I contribute to 65% of company revenue through sales-qualified leads, but I also had the privilege to design for some of the largest and most influential companies, including 44 of the Fortune 50 and 67 of the Fortune 100.
Whether it was collaborating with the marketing team or contributing conceptual ideas in brainstorms, I was always driven by a passion for effective, impactful design that tells a story and drives results.

Digital White Papers / Marketing Reports
At Lightcast, I took on the challenge of making complex labor data feel clear, useful, and visually engaging. I designed everything from white papers and co-branded guides to web use case pages and infographics—always focused on helping people see themselves in the story.
I built full marketing packages that included social and blog graphics, one-pagers, mockups, landing pages, and custom charts, working closely with writers, marketers, and partners to keep everything cohesive.
The goal? Turn insights into visuals that actually connect—and make data easier to act on.

Events
Something is rewarding about seeing a brand come to life in a physical space—and even more so knowing I had a hand in making it happen. At Lightcast, I designed everything from booth layouts and swag to signage, booklets, and motion graphics to help our team confidently attend major conferences.
I worked closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure every detail felt intentional and on-brand—from the pre-event social promotions to the booth experience itself. Whether it was a big launch moment or a last-minute design request, I was the behind-the-scenes support that helped bring it all together and made the whole team look good.

Looping Video
Designing looping videos for events involves creating dynamic, visually engaging content that can run seamlessly on screens throughout the event. These videos are designed to capture attention, convey key messages, and enhance the atmosphere, whether it's for brand awareness, announcements, or simply adding to the event's visual appeal. The challenge lies in ensuring the video loops smoothly without distracting from the overall experience, while maintaining consistency with the event's branding and theme.

Roadshows
Each year, we host over 34 roadshow events, collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist to create a seamless experience. From designing digital ads, landing pages, one-pagers, and social media posts to developing event branding, we ensure every piece aligns with the event's theme and messaging. Our team works hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager, handling the logistical details of sign-ups and payments, while our Marketing Specialist supports us with email campaigns and ad efforts to drive attendance and engagement. Together, we deliver a cohesive and impactful experience for every event.

Whether for sales presentations or social media, these videos are designed to engage and inform audiences effectively.

Exclusive Dinners
I design assets for exclusive dinners and events, supporting our global team with everything from social graphics to landing pages, one-pagers, and in-person signage. Each piece is crafted to align with the event’s unique branding and goals, ensuring a seamless visual experience that captures attention both online and offline. Whether promoting the event digitally or enhancing the in-person experience, I focus on creating designs that reflect the exclusivity and importance of each gathering, all while maintaining consistency with the broader brand.
Presentations
I design impactful presentations for a range of audiences, including current clients, prospects, and internal teams. From team updates and KKR board meetings to supporting our company’s thought leadership, I create visually compelling slides that help tell powerful stories. One of my proudest achievements is designing and maintaining the Demographic Drought Series slide deck, which has been presented over 500 times in person and garnered 360k views on YouTube. I focus on clear, strategic visuals that not only engage but also communicate complex data and ideas in a way that resonates with all.
