Rebrand 

Lightcast

In June of 2021, two of the world's premier labor market data companies, Burning Glass Technologies and Emsi, merged to form a new powerhouse. For a year Interem, Emsi Burning Glass we were called (the first rebreand). Once we had a new permanent CEO, Lightcast worked with Lexicon Branding to find a new name and Overline to establish a new brand and visual identity.

The new identity felt bright and optimistic. Lightcast is a humble, yet impactful partner, so we Overline sought to capture a sense of hope, and inspiration that is often kindled in our customers.

Emsi + Burning Glass Merger & Lightcast Rebrand

• Designed the original Emsi + Burning Glass combined logo (finalized by our Art Director)

• Led Talent’s transition to the Lightcast brand—updating logos, templates, website, email nurtures (50+ emails), ad campaigns and visual systems

• Developed the "glow" concept and its visual interactions for the new brand

• Created branded swag, landing pages, slides, blog cards, and updated Highspot and report mockups

Proposal & Presentation Systems

• Unified all Talent proposals into a cohesive system (document + presentation)

• Developed a new set of slide templates and corporate-wide design resources
