OverviewAt Lightcast, I contributed to the Workforce Risk Outlook, an analysis of labor market pressures affecting Fortune 1000 companies across 15 critical industries. This initiative assessed how these pressures impact organizations' operational models, critical roles, geographic markets, and evolving skill requirements. Lightcast
My role involved designing the main report and developing industry-specific campaigns throughout the year. Each campaign included social media posts, advertisements, detailed reports, landing pages, graphics, presentations, and pitch decks, ensuring cohesive and impactful delivery of findings.
For organizations outside the Fortune 1000 seeking personalized insights, I developed custom Workforce Risk Score decks. This process involved extracting relevant data and crafting bespoke presentations, which were then provided to the appropriate sales personnel for further engagement.
This comprehensive approach ensured that organizations, regardless of size or industry, had access to critical information and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of the modern labor market effectively.
BrandingAt Lightcast, I took on the challenge of making complex labor data feel clear, useful, and visually engaging. I designed everything from white papers and co-branded guides to web use case pages and infographics—always focused on helping people see themselves in the story.
I built full marketing packages that included social and blog graphics, one-pagers, mockups, landing pages, and custom charts, working closely with writers, marketers, and partners to keep everything cohesive.
